2005 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting
The 2005 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting was April 15-17, 2005, at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. New officers for the 2005-2008 Council were announced: Charles Sawyers was elected as Vice President, and Harry Dietz, T. Jake Liang, and Jonathan Licht were elected as Councilors. Sixty-four new members were inducted on April 15. Aileen Cleary, Deborah Lenschow, Rohit Kulkarni, and Craig Eckfeldt received Best Poster Awards.

2004 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting
The 2004 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting was April 16-18, 2004, at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. New officers for the 2004-2007 Council were announced: Barbara Weber was elected as Vice President, Beth Levine was elected as Secretary-Treasurer Elect, and Jonathan Epstein was elected as Councilor. Sixty-four new members were inducted on April 16. Three Poster Session participants received the third-annual Best Poster Award: Jeffery Cheng, Isla Garraway, and John Kao.

2003 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting
The 2003 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting was April 25-27, 2003, at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The membership approved the election of three Council members along with 72 new members, who were inducted on April 25. Four trainees received the second-annual Best Poster Award: Lili Barouch, Laura Greenlund, Robert Schwartz, and Hao Zhu.

The 2002 ASCI/AAP Joint Meeting was April 26-28, 2002, at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The membership approved the election of three Council members along with 47 new members, who were inducted on April 26. Three trainees received the first-annual Best Trainee Poster Award: Robert Bachoo, Jonathan W. Heusel, and Jonathan J. Lam.
