Jonathan A. Epstein is 2009-2010 President of the ASCI. Dr. Epstein is Chairman, Department of Cell and Developmental Biology, and Scientific Director, Penn Cardiovascular Institute, at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

John Hawley is Executive Director of the ASCI. From 1998 through April 2001, John was Managing Editor of the Journal of Clinical Investigation. He has been Executive Director since May 2001.
